Disney is constantly changing the way it works. New shops, new rides and new restaurants seem to pop up everyday. This summer has been no different with new food spots popping up here and there. Our favorite restaurants happen to be at Disney Springs and Disney’s Boardwalk- no entry fee! We’ve tried a few and are here to tell you what we think!
The newly renovated Flying Fish Cafe at Disney’s boardwalk is absolute perfection. The seafood selection will leave you satisfied with anything from blue crab Bisque to Hokkaido scallops. The ambiance is warm and inviting, as is anything with Disney. Located at The Boardwalk, you do not have to be a guest to eat here and can make reservations anytime. After that, grab something sweet at Ample Hills Creamery. This New York based company provides the freshest, tastiest combos of your favorite treats. Mint patty and salted caramel are just a few!
More of our favorite restaurants are located at Disney Springs, just a few miles from Flying Fish and Ample Hills. With more of a laid back vibe, the springs provides anything from a cupcake machine to 5-star dining. One of our favorite casual places to try is the D’Luxe Burger. This quick-stop burger shop will leave you wanting more and more. Their specialty is the burger but they do have dairy free and vegetarian options too. One place we’re looking forward to opening is “The Edison” restaurant. An upscale and modern dining experience where you are encouraged to dress “innovative and sophisticated” will round out the plethora of options at Disney Springs.
